Are we sure that's the C8 though or the final C7 ?

I would take this with a grain of salt since for one its coming from a blog that isn't well known and I thought the C8 would have a longer wheelbase. Also with news of a high performance C7 in the works, this could be just that.

Just another click bait article.

There have been too many click-bait articles in regards to the new C8. It comes to the point where I see the articles and already doubt that it is the C8 so I just skip on through. On the occasion if I see something that sticks out to me like documentation things, then I'll bat an eye to it.

Same here, unless i see a test mule that looks different than the typical C7 then its basically the C7 ZR1 we're expecting.

However I can see why Chevy would send out a C8 test mule on a C7 body, but there would be some obvious indication of that.

I don't think they'd be able to send out a C8 test mule on a C7 body though. The dimensions would have to be quite different catering to a mid-engine layout.

It won't the exact body we've always seen with the C7, what it would be instead is something stretched or altered in some way to suggest exactly that, which is what I included in my original post, hence why I even mentioned it. Not the first time car makers have done that, not to the same extent but the fact is its an industry practice.

The mid-engine Chevrolet Corvette was spotted track testing and they've even taken the roof camouflage off.

Either i'm seeing what I want to or im actually seeing proportions and design that hints at the NSX and Ferrari 488. However the new Corvette is styled its coming out right and that's one thing I think anyone can agree on. NSX could be in trouble once the C8 is out.

I like everything with it. From the design to the specs. Pretty cool. some people are not sleeping in their jobs!
