Never ventured much into European vehicles but looking at the figures, its £300,000 for that electric Jaguar coupe. In other words for a small minority.
Its insane but I read in a similar post that Jaguar will come out with an electric F-Type for the masses. At least something more reasonable is in the works.

These first electric restomods that we are seeing directly from manufacturers are being made in a very limited capacity as well. I think there is some particularly appealing about a classic car with modern day reliability.

One day they can have broader appeal if the amount of interested people spike to levels where more models would be required.
